We are looking for a true team player with experience of building system integrations. These system integrations will be deployed to multiple clients so a good understanding of managing multiple integrations to different client sites is essential.

Experience / Skills Required

• Experience in C#, .net and Python
• An understanding of system integration, the principle of middleware, the complexities of transferring data between systems from both a technical and data accountability perspective.
• Experience of providing solutions using Microsoft Axure Logic Apps / Functions (or another message-based type of integration)
• Experience with MS SQL, Postgres or equivalent relational databases and tools
• Experience building SSIS from scratch would be beneficial
• Experience of Web Services/APIs (REST and SOAP), XML/JSON, XSLT
• Strong HTML, CSS, Javascript skills (ideally Angular or another MVC Javascript framework)
• Knowledge of authentication and transport security considerations such as OAuth, SSL and HTTPS
• Self-starting attitude and keen to join an entrepreneurial organisation.
• Interest in education technology.

Desirable Experience

• Experience of developing integrations with student information systems is desirable.
• Experience of building LTI integration is desirable but not essential.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles
• Continuous integration / deployment experience using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity
• Experience of source control tools like GIT
